Giving at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or change an appointment. We will not charge you for missed appointments- but if you miss more than two appointments we may have to discontinue your NHS treatment. We will take any special circumstances into account.
Following your orthodontists advice to prevent tooth decay and gum disease
Paying for treatment fees promptly if applicable
Treating our staff with courtesy and respect. Patients who are violent or abusive to practice personnel, to other patients or anyone else on the practice premises will be refused treatment and reported to the appropriate authorities
Your dental records will remain confidential and secure. However, from time to time we may need to release these to a regulatory organisation, e.g. the General Dental Council. We will contact you before releasing your dental records to any other organisation.

Kent Orthodontics takes complaints seriously. Please see our complaints policy at reception. Should we be unable to resolve your complaint in-house, please feel free to The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033.
